The Hotel Allalin offers centrally located accommodations in Saas-Fee that are surrounded by a 300-year-old Larch forest. The property is also near many of the village’s shops, restaurants and recreational activities. The Hotel Allalin provides electric car service to and from the bus or rail stations and the parking facilities just outside the town. Saas-Fee is a car-free resort town. The Hotel Allalin features 27 guestrooms that are equipped with heating, televisions with cable or satellite channels, direct dial telephones and private bathrooms with showers or bathtubs. Rooms also offer leather seating, desks and radios. Originally built in 1928, the four-star Hotel Allalin is now run by the third generation of the Zurbriggen family and features wood furnishings that were once hand carved by members of that family. The property also offers amenities such a restaurant, a bar, a complimentary breakfast buffet, facilities for the handicapped, conference rooms, a wellness oasis with a sauna, whirlpools, and other spa facilities, and complimentary wireless Internet access that is available throughout the hotel.
