Please note that the transfer bus departs from Hanoi at 8:00 AM from Golden Lotus Cruise Head Office, 1st Floor, 23 Au Trieu, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi and boat embarkation starts at 12:00 at Halong Bay Port. Guests are required to provide the hotel name, address and contact number in Hanoi and Halong at least 48 hours in advance for the pick-up service. Please contact the cruise for more information.
