The hotel features a wellness centre with Finnish sauna, Turkish steam bath, jacuzzi, Kneipp facilities and various baths and massages. In addition, the hotel offers 5 fully equipped seminar rooms for 2 to 50 persons, each with a magnificent mountain view. The hotel is also ideally suited for private events of every kind. This 3-star hotel, family-owned for four generations, is located directly on the crest of the car-free Rigi mountain and boasts a beautiful panorama of the Alps and Lake Lucerne. Contemporary rooms - most of them south-facing and featuring a balcony - and a fresh cuisine with specialties from around the region, as well as our small spa oasis leave nothing to be desired. The region around Rigi and Lake Lucerne offers countless sports and leisure opportunities. Since the 18th century, the Rigi massif has been a popular destination for daytrips and holidays thanks to its unique location on Lake Lucerne. The most comfortable way to reach us is with the Vitznau Rigi Railway via the Vitznau valley station, or by cable car via Weggis (change at Rigi Kaltbad). The Hotel Edelweiss is located directly at the Rigi Staffelhohe train station, at 1,550 metres above sea level. Parking spaces can be found directly at the valley stations of Vitznau, Weggis and Arth Goldau.
