The hotel is located on a quiet side street, in the lively Montparnasse area, barely a minute walk from the Pernety tube station. The Saint Germain and Latin Quarter are within walking distance. This is a 3-star, pleasant hotel, with friendly staff. The rooms are definitely of superior standard, and the location is first-class. The hotel has private parking: extra charge and reservations required before arrival. It is a contemporary-style building, which blends in well with the architecture of the area. The breakfast room is located behind the lobby area. It is small and functional. The lobby is small but cozy; to the right of the entrance is the reception desk, to the left is a small, cosy seating area and the bar. The rooms are of medium to small in size. They are very bright, and nicely decorated in modern style. The bathrooms also vary in size, and like the rooms, are of a very good standard. All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking, and equipped with LCD flat screen TV. 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 20 kms to the airport (orly), 3 minute walk to the nearest metro station (pernety), 60 kms to the airport (charles de gaulle), Close to the station (montparnasse).
