It was built by a big benefactor and charity giver Milovan Gusic /1822-1891/ high rank infantry captain. Its name in the past was *Grand hotel Gusic. Three star Hotel Zelengora has been renovated several times-since then and the last time it was in 2002- when it was adapted to contemporary needs. It matches perfectly to the ambient surrounding of the Old city. Connecting the past with the present it represents the life artery of this part of the city.
