The Yankee Peddler Inn is located down the street from the Touro Synagogue in the center of downtown Newport. The area offers many attractions, all of which are in easy reach of the city’s downtown area. The famous Newport Mansions, the International Tennis Hall of Fame, the Newport Yachting Museum the Castle Hill Lighthouse and the Newport harbor offer wonderful sightseeing opportunities. It is possible to take a boat tour of Newport’s harbor or participate in the numerous water sport activities that are offered in the area. Providence airport is roughly 30 miles from the Yankee Peddler Inn and the front desk can help to arrange for any transportation needs. Guestrooms at the Yankee Peddler Inn are air conditioned and come with queen size beds and period appropriate furniture. Each unit has cable TV and free wireless Internet.
