Waves Oceanfront Resort is located on the middle of Old Orchard Beach near the historic old Pier and offers 139 air-conditioned rooms each with private deck, telephones, and color cable television. All of the guest rooms are within 150 yards of the beach, and nearby attractions include the pier, restaurants and shopping. Old Orchard Beach, one of the long-time favorite vacation spots on the Maine coast, boasts a white sand beach seven miles long and 700 feet wide. The wide beach and low surf make the area a favorite spot for sunbathing and swimming and the Pier features an amusement park for the kids, shops, fun, food and entertainment.
