The Waters Edge Luxury Apartments are located on the esplanade of Cairns in the tropical north of Australia's Queensland. The city of Cairns is located in the tropical far north of Queensland in Australia. Cairns is located within easy driving distance of many wonderful world-famous attractions such as the amazing Great Barrier Reef and the World Heritage-protected rainforests. The hotel is also located on the Cairns Esplanade within easy walking distance of the Reef Fleet Terminal where there are daily departures for snorkelling, diving and viewing trips to the Great Barrier Reef. The tropical rainforests of far north Queensland are a World Heritage-protected site and are within easy driving distance of the Waters Edge Apartments. Whether the guest choose to rent their own car or book a trip, they are only hours away from such amazing destinations as Cape Tribulation, the Atherton Tablelands and the unbelievable rainforests of Daintree. The hotel offers undercover parking, BBQ facilities, swimming pool, and sun decks. The hotel has 6 floors and is made up of the Swim-Out Apartments on ground level, which offer direct access to the swimming pool with views into the adjoining parklands. Then levels 2 to 6 have clear views above the tree line of the Cairns waterfront. The guest room features fully air-conditioned lounge, living room and bedroom, fully equipped gourmet kitchens with granite bench tops, stainless steel fittings, oven, electric cook top, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, laundry facilities including washing machine, dryer, and iron/ironing board. The bedroom has a choice of a king bed or two singles, TV and ensuite with spa bath. The living area is large and expansive with a flat screen plasma TV, DVD player, CD player. The dining area has superior quality furniture, very large balcony with a pool view, ocean view and outdoor furniture. The Lounge room has modern luxury furnishings. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
