Located in a residential neighbourhood, the Villas Parque del Rey blend in with the traditional fishing community. The property consists of 12 single-storey villas of a modern Mediterranean design. For dining, numerous restaurants and bars along the promenade offer a variety of Spanish and international menus. The nearest supermarket is two kilometres from the villas. A wide range of water sports can be organised on the beachfront, including boating, fishing, scuba diving and water skiing. Boats take visitors to the Papagayo beaches, and ferries depart regularly for the island of Fuerteventura. The Villas Parque del Rey are located on the southwest coast of Lanzarote, in the quiet town of Playa Blanca, Spain, within 1.5 kilometres of the town centre and beach and 22 kilometres from the town of Puerto del Carmen.
