Villas Cavo Marathia - Holiday Home Villas Cavo Marathia – your holiday home on Zakynthos, the turtle island. – is situated on a quiet, pristine hillside with a panoramic view of the Ionian Sea. A total of 14 neat apartments accessible by small paths and stairs, are distributed over the 1.5-hectare ( (approx. 3 acre) property. The comfort studios and maisonette apartments have a combined living and sleeping area and are decorated with natural materials such as stone and wood. Each comes with a large marble shower bath as well as a separate toilet. Among the amenities is a practical kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink and dishes. Both the studios and apartments have their own balconies or terraces with seaview. Here you can enjoy your breakfast or a light meal with a good bottle of wine in a private setting on a lazy summer day. Guests prefering some company with their breakfast in the morning are always welcome at the small coffee bar. During the day, you can relax in the deck chairs by our new pool and bask in the peaceful surroundings. Or you can keep in shape by swimming a few laps and working out on our fitness equipment.
