The traditionally-styled wooden ski lodge of Residence Village Montana is located at an altitude of 2,300 metres right on the slopes in Val Thorens. The 128 typical Alpine-style apartments have wooden panelling, matching patterned fabrics, and open out onto balconies. Room amenities include cable television, complimentary wireless Internet access, direct-dial phones and kitchenettes are equipped with ovens, hotplates, fridges, dishwashers, coffeemakers, and cutlery and crockery. The ski area of Val Thorens offers 600 kilometres of slopes with eight summits reaching over 3000 metres, making it the highest resort in Europe. The hotel has two ski schools and children can learn how to ski in the quiet snow garden next to the hotel. The nearby sports centre features a wealth of apres ski castles, a swimming pool and ball pools.
