Villa Kiva is on the long and white sandy beach of Matemwe on the North East coast of Zanzibar. Matemwe is well known for the absence of big resorts and mass tourism. It is a part of the island where it is still possible to share and live the local life, walking through a local fish market and having a relaxing time on the beach. The rooms available in the property are 10 + 1 Suite. The villa has a main core where guests can find the lounge area, the restaurant, the TV room, and on the first floor, the Master Room. The bungalows are fully independent. Each room is a double with private bathroom, veranda, fans and air conditioning. Internet Wi-Fi is available everywhere in the villa area. Villa Kiva was created due to a desire to escape from the cold winter days and the chaos of the big city. The villa is located in one of the beautiful and breathtaking corners of the Zanzibar Island area.
