Midway between picturesque Mahon and the beach at cala mesquida, cala llonga is a very desirable" area. Villa Juanita is a modern, detached two-storey villa, with furnished terrace and BBQ, garden and private pool. The villa is air-conditioned throughout. The ground floor area of Villa Juanita consists of spacious lounge/diner with satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, one twin bedroom, one double bedroom (both with fitted wardrobes), one full bathroom and a separate shower room. Upstairs, there is a double room and another full bathroom. Outside there is a large furnished terrace area and gardens surround the private swimming pool. There is a BBQ too, a real favourite for informal evenings. The kitchen is well-equipped for large family holidays too. It has a full oven, electric hob with 4 cooking rings, fridge, toaster, kettle and even a washing machine. Please note that some facilities may incur extra local charges. 5 km to the nearest beach, 5 kms to city centre, 6 kms to the nearest airport (menorca).
