Villa Campestri is located 35 km North from Florence and it is set on a hillside at 450 meters above sea level facing the Mugello valley and the Chianti Rufina area-It consists of 3 properties-the Villa-the Farmhouse and the Latteria-set in 120 hectares of splendid park and olive trees-The reception area with lounges-the restaurant and 12 rooms are located in the main building-The original layout of the entire property has been preserved and the bedrooms are located where they were in the Renaissance Period-some in the Villa itself and some in the adjoining Farmhouse and the Old Dairy House opposite-They offer wonderful views of the surrounding parkland-The Villa is surrounded by lawns-ancient olive trees and shady oak and chestnut woods-L-Olivaia Restaurant offers specialities of Tuscan cuisine accompanied by the finest local and Italian wines-In the cellars of the Villa the first Oleoteca in Italy has been created-where we organize extra-virgin oil tasting courses with tours of the oil press for those interested in learning about the oil production process-The 25 guest rooms are characterized by harmonious attention to detail and wonderful views-all offer ensuite facilities-Sat TV-direct dial phone-In keeping with the ecological nature of the property there is no air-conditioning in the rooms-Internet is offered in the Well Room while the whole public hotel area is covered with Wi-Fi connectivity-The property offers meeting rooms equipped with free Internet-video projector and screen-The panoramic terrace with wonderful view of our private park and the private garden are the perfect places to have breakfast-a light lunch or dinner during summer time-The hotel also offers a reserved area for children to play and complimentary entertainment kit for kids from 2 to 12 years old-There is an open air pool with wonderful view of the Mugello Valley- The property is located in an area where the use of car is necessary-complementary spacious car park is offered-on request
