The Tre-ysgawen Hall/ pronunced Tray-gawan is the best hotel in Anglesey and the only 4 star hotel. The hotel/ located in the centre is minutes from Holyhead Port/ Anglesey Airport and Bangor. Nestling in acres of secluded landscaped gardens/ meadow and woodland/ Tre-Ysgawen Hall is approached along a private wooded driveway/ just a short drive inland from the beautiful east coast of Anglesey. Built in 1882 as a grand country house the Hall has been sympathetically and tastefully refurbished and extended. The hotel offers a choice of traditional period style Superior rooms and Four Poster Suites in the Main house and modern style Superior rooms in the Courtyard Wing. All rooms are individually designed and decorated and have colour satellite television. Complimentary Wi-fi is available to guests. Superb cuisine offering stimulating and ever changing menus/ with the accent firmly on seasonal/ local and regional produce/ complemented by fine traditional and new world wines is served in Noelle s Restaurant at Tre-ysgawen. Enjoy an aperitif in Noelle s Bar/ or choose from the extensive wine list with fine champagnes and excellent vintages to young vibrant new world wines. The informal and rustic atmosphere of The Clock Tower Cafe Wine Bar/ partly located in the old clock tower/ is open all day and serves a selection of hot and cold dishes and patisseries as well as coffees/ teas/ soft drinks and wines. The Tre-ysgawen Spa/ converted from the Victorian stables/ retains many of the original features including the Clock Tower/ and offers a comprehensive selection of Beauty Treatments. Be pampered in the Health and Beauty Suite by one of the experienced Therapists. Relax in the 16m level-deck Swimming Pool/ Steam Room/ Sauna and Whirlpool/ or keep fit in the air-conditioned Gymnasium.
