The Touring hotel is located in the historical centre of Carpi, only 2 minutes' walk from the famous Piazza Martiri (one of the largest squares in Italy) and the Pio Castle with its museums. It is also within walking distance of Carpi train station, and a 1-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. In the vicinity of the hotel guests will also find a theatre, and attractions such as the Ferrari Museum, the Duomi di Modena and the Ghirlandia Tower, as well as the Nonantola Abbey, are within a 30-minute drive. The hotel lies within easy reach of the motorway exit on the A22 (Brennero). It is around 50 km to the airport of Bologna Guglielmo Marconi, around 86 km to Verona-Villafranca Airport and some 60 km to the nearest exhibition centre (Bologna). This charming, modern, family-friendly hotel was completely refurbished in 2002 and offers completely remodelled facilities as well as a quiet and inviting interior. This city establishment comprises a total of 68 rooms and is perfect for tourists, travellers and business travellers alike. The relaxed atmosphere is combined with up-to-date complimentary services, such as WIFI/ADSL Internet access, and further amenities on offer to guests include air conditioning, a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a lift, a caf, a bar, a TV lounge and a restaurant. The atmosphere in the guest rooms on the upper floors is romantic, with subtle features designed to foster relaxation and comfort, while the furniture reflects the minimalist simplicity of the public rooms below. The left wing is azure, the right one apple green and the central one, salmon. The superior bedrooms come with king-size beds, French beds or 2 twins and the standard bedrooms have a single bed or queen-size beds. The rooms have Ethernet cable connections for laptops, 220 volt power supply, individually adjustable air conditioning and heating, a satellite TV (Sky), in-house movies, pay TV, flat screens, a direct dial telephone, a minibar, a hairdryer and an automatic wake-up call service. Furthermore, a private bathroom with a bathtub, an ironing set and a safe are provided in all accommodation as standard. There are non-smoking rooms available to be booked. The hotel features a gym, a sauna and a Turkish bath, for guests' relaxation. Guests may select their breakfast from a continental buffet, and both the midday and evening meals are available la carte.
