Family holiday, hiking holiday and alpine wellness holiday You'll find the Tonnerhutte hut at the foot of the Zirbitzkogel mountain at 1,600m altitude - a small world surrounded by untouched woods and endless meadows. The perfect place for a family holiday, hiking holiday or alpine wellness holiday. Family holidayFamily holiday in the Tonnerhutte - that's action and recreation. Kids can start right after breakfast! Animals have to be fed: goats, rabbits, donkeys and the pony. Each day a full program: pony riding, donkey hike, overnight stay in the hay barn, BBQ or the treasure hunt for the green leopard. Hiking holidayHikers get what they have been looking for. Their base lies at a sea level of 1,600m - from here you can reach the 14 2,000m peaks of the Seetaler Alps. You walk higher than the treeline and enjoy the marvellous view to the Julian Alps. A real hiking holiday also needs hikers' snack, hiking map and hiking taxi, guided hikes and the owner helps with the tour planning. Alpine WellnessAlpine wellness means to get new energy at fresh mountain air during nordic walking tours. After exercise in alpine pine forests and over alpine meadows you relax in our alpine wellness area: in the "Brechlbad", the sauna or sanarium, relax at the natural bathing lake or enjoy a massage or beauty pack made of alpine pine oil and mountain herbs.
