The 3-star Titanic Comfort Hotel is located in Sisli, a crowded central district of Istanbul known for its textile manufacturing. It is a business, shopping and residential area north of Taksim, the entertainment heart of the city. The main road through Sisli up to the skyscrapers of Mecidiyekoy, Gayrettepe, Levent and beyond is now lined with office blocks. Europes largest and the worlds second largest (urban-area) shopping mall, Cevahir Istanbul, is situated here. Due to Sislis middle-class past and the enduring quality of some neighbourhoods the area is home to many up-market shops mainly in the stylish and charming Nisantasi area. Parking is an enduring problem, especially in the narrow side-streets. There are also many well-established cafes and restaurants, including fast-food in the vicinity. Standard rooms are 28m m2 and consist of a small sitting area, an orthopedic bed and pillows, and a tiled bathroom/WC with a bathtub and integrated shower. They come well equipped with modern amenities and also feature a spacious and practical wardrobe.
