Thon Hotel Nordlys is centrally located and is set close to the marina and harbour wall at Bodo. Only a short distance from the hotel to both Bod airport and the railway station. The hotel forms an excellent base from which to explore Bodo and the area around the town. It is only a short distance from such famous landmarks as Saltstraumen, Kjerring y and the Svartisen glacier. There are also a number of activities guests can enjoy in and around Bod , such as fishing, boat trips, mountain hiking, cycling or diving in Saltstraumen. The hotel is associated with an Egon Restaurant, which can offer a varied menu with light meals, pizza, hamburgers, steak dishes, salmon and other fish dishes.
