Located next to the harbour, right in the heart of town, everything you desire is close at hand, and there are easy access to the beutiful islands of the Sorlandet coast. The hotel has a total of 84 modern rooms, the majority reserved for non-smokers. Families are particulary well provided for, with special family rooms, designed to accomodate one ore two extra beds. If you are looking for something more exotic we can offer you suites and superior rooms. Some of the rooms have a sea view, and all rooms are well equipped with TV, minibar, workingdesk and wireless internet connection. You will find two of the town`s most popular restaurants right at the hotel. "Restaurant 1711" is well known as Arendal`s best seafood restaurant and has an idyllic location with beutiful views. Alternatively, the "Ferdinand Steakhouse" can offer the sort of steak you've always dreamt of. There is one lively bar, wich is a popular meeting place for both the guests and local people.
