Apartment located in the beginning of Barceloneta´s main boulevard, Paseo Joan de Borbo, near the beach and just in front of the marina. Ideal for a family or small group, this apartment is on the 3rd floor in a typical building of the area without elevator. It is composed of two double bedrooms, a living room with view over the Marina, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The apartment has been restored and has modern furnishing while preserving the typical Catalan mosaic floors. The living room has a sofa bed for one additional person, a balcony with room for 2 chairs, flat screen TV, air-conditioning, dining area with table and chairs. The corridor leads to the spacious bathroom with two showers and the first bedroom which gives access to the second one. Other amenities include internet, DVD player, heating, dishwasher, washing machine and much more. The bedrooms are surrounded by a large balcony with chairs where you can admire the colourful district of Barceloneta. Please note: 50€ cleaning fee not includedExtra check-in fee after 8pm, 30€
