The Old Rectory is set in the pretty village of Christchurch The Old Rectory is two minutes from junction 24 of the M4 , two minutes from the historic town of Caerleon and just half a mile from the Celtic Manor Resort. The beautiful Wye and Usk Valleys are nearby, Cardiff and the Millennium Stadium are 12 miles away and Bristol 20 miles away. We are 3 miles from the Newport Velodrome and 3 miles from Newport City centre. The Old Rectory offers 5 STAR accommodation as awarded by Visit Wales and has recently received their prestigious Gold Award for 2010-11. The accomodation includes high quality bedrooms with luxury bathrooms (Matki showers and roll top baths), flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi. All bedrooms have fine views of the Bristol Channel. We also have a beautiful guest lounge overlooking the garden. There is a wide range of restaurants nearby and an excellent pub in the village serving good food.
