After accommodation with a difference?The Old Mount Gambier Gaol was opened in 1866 and closed as a prison in 1995.Recently refurbished and under new management from October 2010 we offer unique, affordable, backpacker and boutique style accommodation in both cell and non-cell rooms for travellers of all ages. Please note all guests are required to arrive and check in before 9pm at night. We do not book or check guests in for accommodation after 9pm.
