The Old Dairy Farm is a newly built, beautifully furnished Bed and Breakfast . Set in 16 acres of grazing land and surrounded by the beautiful woods of Hollybank we offer a quiet peaceful location which is within easy access to Emsworth town centre, Stansted, Goodwood, Chichester, Portsmouth and the surrounding area. All rooms are en-suite consisting of three kingsize doubles and one twins which can be made into superkings via zip and link bedsThe Old Dairy Farm's rooms are individually and tastefully decorated to a high standard. The rooms are all equipped with flat-screen TVDVD player and Freeview, wired broadband, alarm clock and a well stocked hospitality tray with a selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and bottled water. Each room also has a private shower room with hairdryer. There is a private entrance for guests staying at the bed and breakfast. Traditional full English breakfasts are served daily, and there is an excellent choice of restaurants and pubs within a few minutes drive. Ample free parking is available in front of the house. The Farm is 15 minutes' drive from Portsmouth and Chichester making it an ideal location for either business or leisure. Emsworth Rail Station is just over 1 mile away.
