This resort hotel is located on the waterfront and backing onto lush woodland making this a quiet and special retreat. The Naantali Spa Resort is the only property located within close proximity to the Moomin Themepark (only a 15 minute walk away). This unique product is famous throughout Scandinavia not only as a luxury hotel and spa, but also as the home of the Sunborn Yacht, arguably Europe's best known Yacht Hotel which is moored there and bookable under "Sunborn Yacht Hotel". Facilities available to guests inlude Spa treatments, sauna, pool, hair salon and beauty treatments. The hotel is a very large and striking building, in pale yellow brick with heavy use of large windows. The 6 restaurants are decorated to a high standard and offer a wide selection of international cuisine right througout the day. Asian, European and local dishes are plenty. The Suites at this hotel are not only larger than the rather ordinary standard rooms, but also in significantly better condition with high quality furniture and a far more luxurious feel. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are in exceptional condition. The large reception is very impressive. It is dominated by large marble pillars, and elegant furniture with a small cafe available throughout the day for tea, coffee and local small dishes. 1 kms to city centre, 15 km to the nearest fair site (turku), 15 km to the nearest station (turku), 17 kms to the airport (turku), 180 kms to the airport (helsinki-vantaa), 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, Close to the beach.
