The Laurels Guest House is located in a quiet suburban setting only minutes from Edinburgh’s bustling city centre.. Over looking a private golf club to the front and playing fields to the rear, this lovingly restored late Victorian villa offers bed and breakfast facilities in purpose built guests accommodation with private entrance..We are pleased to announce a tasteful new extension, finished using the original stone from a former extension forms the five rooms and excellent facilities of one of Edinburgh's best guest houses. All the rooms have a contemporary Scottish flavour to them, we have twins, doubles and family and disabled rooms all have en-suite with batha and shower, T.V., tea and coffee making facilities, small fridge and a welcome pack. Wireless internet connections for the business user. The rooms are ensuite and furnished in a uniquely modern style, with wooden floors, cotton drapes, contemporary beds and furnishings. A full breakfast or vegetarian option is available along with porridge, cereals, fruit juices, tea, coffee and toast. Served every morning in the conservatory. Early breakfast and packed lunches can be arranged to suit. The Guest House has a separate entrance from the main family house. The front hall has a seating area while the attractive new conservatory overlooking over garden is reserved for guests dining. The Laurels provides the perfect location for exploring Edinburgh with its world-renowned attractions, the rolling countryside of Midlothian or the beautiful coastline of East Lothian.
