The Landings exceptional services and amenities include a 7,000-square-foot spa with fitness center and salon, tranquil yacht harbor with approximately 80 yacht slips, beach club with water sports equipment, grand four-story pavilion, as well as restaurants, swimming pools, tennis courts and more. The resort also offers easy access to a variety of thrilling outdoor adventures ranging from scuba diving, sailing, parasailing and deep-sea fishing to hiking, mountain biking, rainforest tours and golf at nearby St. Lucia Golf & Country Club. At The Landings St. Lucia the possibilities are endless. All guests are responsible for paying the property's daily resort fee of $30.00 USD per room upon check-out. This taxable daily resort fee includes boat transfer within The Landing Private Yacht Harbor; kayak, sailboat and snorkel equipment rentals, parking, high speed internet, local call as well as other services and amenities to enhance your visit. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. The Landings St. Lucia is continuing an ongoing expansion and development. Additional units, restaurants, and amenities are opening each season until the scheduled completion in 2012. The property is committed to ensuring that all guests have an extraordinary vacation experience. As such, construction has been carefully planned so that all work will have minimal impact on your stay. All hotel guests are responsible for paying the property's daily resort fee of $30.00 USD (taxable) per room upon check-out. Resort fees are collected directly by the hotel.
