The Kerr House is a short drive away from numerous famous sites. Among these are the Iredell Museum of Arts & Heritage, Fort Dobbs Historic Site, Hickory Furniture Mart, Wake Forest University and Davidson College. There are four individually decorated guest rooms at the Kerr House. These accommodations may come equipped with Queen-sized beds or Double beds, electric fireplaces and private bathrooms with shower/tub combinations. The Kerr House is a two-storey house that was built in 1891. This historic property has a wrap-around porch with chairs and rockers. The backyard has pecan trees and a 200-year old white oak. The common rooms are decorated with paintings and prints from the owners' collection.
