Food is the key criterion and the Waters Edge Restaurant has retained its 2 Rosettes consistently for over 14 years. Every table enjoys picturesque harbor views and serves a menu that is heavily influenced by Cornish sourced produce and seafood specialties. During the day the place to be is On The Rocks terrace, enjoying morning coffee, lunch, or an afternoon Cornish cream tea. After a sumptuous dinner the well appointed bedrooms,- most of which offer a sea view, are a pleasure to discover. Housed in either the original building or a restored fishermans cottage, the 27 rooms are well appointed with every modern comfort.
