Maebashi is five stops (approximately 15 minutes) from Takasaki station where Bullet trains (Joetsu Shinkansen and Nagano Shinkansen) serve. There are two restaurants, Japanese and French. Both restaurants provide fine cuisine with fresh local food. It is a modern, 11-storey white building on the corner of Route 50 and the town's main street, Keyaki Dori stretching from main station.
