The Governor Hotel is a luxury Portland hotel located in the heart of downtown. Several points of interest are close by, including the Rose Garden and Coliseum, the Washington Park Zoo, the Oregon History Center, several theaters, museums, nightclubs, and restaurants. The Portland Airport is located within close proximity of the Governor Hotel. Taxi service, public buses, and a light rail system offer transportation within the city. Many attractions are within walking distance, and a streetcar stops just outside the hotel. Each of the 100 guest rooms offers the typical amenities, such as clock radios, hair dryers, cable television, irons, and coffee makers. The Governor Hotel also offers a nightly turndown service, 24-hour room service, complimentary toiletries, and bathrobes. Accommodations for persons with disabilities may be arranged upon reservation.
