The Crown has been transformed into a contemporary and stylish boutique hotel. All the traditional features have been retained whilst the best of new technology has been installed throughout. It offers the best of British traditional dishes alongside with more European influences and all meals are cooked to order. Local produce is used wherever possible with a noticeable use of lamb from the owner's own farm nearby. During the winter months there is also a preponderance of game on the menu also supplied from the farm and local estates. Bar Bar: The friendly bar offers four real ales including Timothy Taylor Landlord, Adnams Southwold, a guest ale and the landlord's own brew Ufford Ales White Hart. There is also a wide selection of wines by the glass and bottle from the extensive cellars.
