Once a 17th century Inn it has been recently transformed into a modern, comfortable home-away-from-home. With Fresham Ponds on our doorstep we are nestled in the heart of the countryside, yet only three miles away from market town Famham, giving you the best of both worlds. Our 19 hospitable en-suite rooms feature luxury four-post beds, standard rooms along with options for families. Each room is en-suite with free WIFI internet connection, direct dial telephone, colour television and tea and coffee making facilities. We offer you a delicious Continental breakfast to complete your over-night stay all included in your price. If you plan to arrive after 21.00 Monday-Saturday or after 18.00 on Sunday please call to arrange your check-in. If you arrive after 22.00 Monday-Saturday or after 19.00 on Sunday and haven't arranged a late check-in unfortunately you will not be able to check-in and the cancellation policy will apply.
