The Black Bull Hotel is a Visit Britain 2 Star Rated traditional coaching inn located on the main street of Wooler,we are well situated for exploring the numerous historic casles within Northumberland,Alnwick, Bamburgh and Chillingham are within a half hour drive.It is a wonderful base for walking, riding, golf and fishing. The hotel itself is a 17th century inn that retains much of its original charm & character, the rooms have all been recently modernised and all feature en-suite facilities, have hot and cold water, tea and coffee making facilities,hairdryer,radio alarm clock and freeview Flatscreen T.V,we have single, double, Twin and family rooms (subject to availability).We are fully licensed and serve excellent homemade food, every lunchtime and evening,we also have the Milan Restaurant which serves italian and english cuisine every evening between 5pm & 10pm. We serve bar meals in the hotel, lunch time 12 - 2.30pm and in the evening 7pm - 8.30pm. Sunday lunches served 12 - 2.30pm, we don't serve meals on a Sunday evening. Milan Restaurant available on-site every evening 5pm - 10 pm,it is advisable to phone and book in advance as it can be really busy
