Enjoy a perfect Aberdeen Angus Fillet with a Shallot Crust Served on a Confit of Garlic & Madeira Gravy or a local Roast Pheasant served on a Bed of Sweet & Sour Cabbage with a Port Reduction and Parsnip Chips. Finish off with a Banana Tarte Tatin Served with Brown Bread Ice Cream. We have an in-depth wine list of over seventy fine wines, of which many are choices from the New World, and a well stocked bar!
