The Angel Restaurant offers a contemporary European Table D'hote menu which changes frequently, and on Sundays a modern yet traditional choice. The hotel take pride in serving guests high quality well presented food using fresh ingredients locally sourced. Foxton Locks just a few minutes drive away which is most famous for having the ruins of the inclined plane boat lift and breathtaking staircase of 10 locks on the Grand Union Canal. Other places of interest a little further afield are The National Space Centre, Rockingham Castle, Rockingham Speedway, Rutland Water Nature Reserve and Kelmarsh Hall.
