The family-run 3-star Hotel Terminal promises modern comfort and convenience in the heart of Italy's capital. Located on the Esquiline, one of the Seven Hills of Ancient Rome, and near a number of transport links including Roma Termini station, this charming hotel is ideally placed for when seeing and experiencing the city's many sights and sounds. Nearby can be found some of Rome's finest shops, museums and piazzas. Guests are less than 2km from the Colosseum and within walking distance of attractions such as Vatican City and the Pantheon. The hotel occupies a handsome eight-storey building dating back to the 19th-century, with a reception that boasts a lovely expo of paintings by Emilio Farina. Inside can be found friendly and helpful staff along with mod-cons such as internet access. There is also a small cafe. The breakfast room is situated on the lower ground floor and benefits from decorated terracotta tiling. Simply and tastefully designed, the Standard guestrooms are divided into two themes: blue and wood. The upper rooms feature sunny balconies.
