Located on the southeast of Ubud which is well known as centre of Balinese art and culture. The villa can be found with the traveling time of approximately one hour drives from Ngurah Rai International Airport and only 5 minutes from the centre of Ubud village. This is a Tourist class property that developed in conjunction with their well-known restaurant and Sumerthas Gallery - the founder's art gallery. This is a small property featuring only 12 villas but with complete facilities such as swimming pool and many activity programs that guests can take while in-house. A low-rise property with Balinese-style thatched-roof villas overlooking verdant rice terraces, decorated with selected paintings and artifacts. Lobby is small in size with Balinese atmosphere. Normal room category features a traditional Balinese gate entrance for your privacy with views over the adjacent rice paddy and towards the most revered Agung Mountain. Room layouts available include twin beds on the first floor and king size beds on the second floor, each room is 47 sq metres. All rooms feature a private verandah, romantic mosquito nets covering the beds for the double bed one, bathroom with bath tub and shower with hot and cold water, plus views to the rice paddy also available. Room Facilities are Air Conditioner, Satellite Television, IDD telephone direct dial, Internet Connection, Mini Bar, Safety Box, Hair Dryer, and Tea & coffee making facilities. Restaurant for breakfast is located in a secluded garden by the pool. Serving Time for breakfast is from 7am - 10am. Meanwhile restaurant that is open for lunch and Dinner is at the corner of rice field with serving time start from 10. 00 AM until 10. 00 PM. 1 km to the nearest fair site (ubud art market), 30 kms to the nearest airport (ngurah rai), 5 kms to city centre.
