Tenuta la Baronessa is located in the middle of a beautiful park in the countryside of Salento, surrounding by dry-stone walls, age-old olive trees and sweet-smelling vineyard, only 5 Km far from a the crystalline Ionian sea of Gallipoli and the hill of Montegrappa in Tuglie. The care used in every details, the refined interior decoration, the comfort of the services, make Tenuta la Baronessa the ideal place for an unequalled sty, to relax and discover all the Mediterranean flowers. A well-designed building consisting of different parts, harmoniously and tactfully insert in the landscape. Suites and de luxe rooms, all decorated in a very refined way are located in the farmhouse of the building. Families and groups can also spend their holidays in apartment called “a corte” which are wholly detached and independent. After having beeing walking among the olive and fruit trees, surrounded by the Mediterranean flowers, you can reach the horse-breeding and its belonging manege. On the ground floor the main building of the resort houses a comfortable hall, which links the two elegant restaurant halls, both embellished by refined frescoes: the one used for receptions, the other for work dinners and company conferences; the classical rooms are on the upper floor, endowed with every comfort, while a modern conference room has been furnished on the lower floor. Among the common spaces the area surrounding the swimming pool, close to the Wine Bar, is the most fascinating one; it is used for appetizers, after dinner, ceremonies and informal lunches, where you can enjoy hot and cold dishes, or very good snacks, in total relax.
