-In a remote region of South Africa where 3 mountains ranges meet: the Drakensburg, the Witterberg, and the Maluti, lies a very special place where the hand of man can hardly be seen with beautifull San Rock being the only sign of its former inhabitants. Tenahead is 3500 hectares of unspoilt mountains, valleys and streams. It holds a treasury of Flora and Fauna and is the perfect place to experience another life. A nature lover Eden, Tenahead is home of many Antelopes, and smaller animal including lynx, jackals, rock rabbits, amphibians, reptiles and over 300 species of birds. The hills and valleys are a cornucopia of wild flowers and at night skis are spangled with millions of stars. Tenahead winters are crisp with snow blanketing the ground, summers are fresh with thunderstorm possible. Tenahead will reawaken a spirit inside you long made dormant by modern living. The proerty has 7 beautifully decorated room to a 5 star standard. Full English breakfast and dinner and available from the hotel restaurant and are included in the rates unless otherwise stated. Wifi internet is available at a small fee. Many other services and facilities are also available to make you stay at the Tenahead Lodge outstanding.
