Located only 40 minutes (by car) from Penang International Airport and half an hour drive from the Penang Bridge. The hotel is located right along a secluded beach front that is ideal for sun bathing, fishing and canoeing. We are also less than 10 minutes away from the city of Georgetown. Tanjung Bungah Beach Hotel reflects the true spirit and vitality of Penang. Experience the ambience of a rejuvenating beachside, enjoy the diversity of restaurant and lounge or simply stroll along the sandy beach as the gentle sea breeze soothes you. Hotel facilities include the restaurant, lounge, convenience shop, swimming pool, Kiddies Club, Beauty and Fitness Centre, beach games, volleyball, pool table, table tennis, laundry service and car parking. Hotel-to-airport transfers may be arranged upon request(chargeable) . All rooms offers TV, in house movies, complimentary coffee or tea facilities, mini refrigerator, wardrobe and luggage racks and attached bathroom. Please be informed that with immediate effect, Tanjung Bungah Beach Hotel, Penang, Foreign Currency Exchange facility has been cancelled. The nearest exchange can be done at Island Plaza or Gurney Plaza. However, guests are advised to change at airport upon arrival Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Tanjung Bungah Beach Hotel, Penang will be embarking on renovation of their rooms by stages from 7 February 2012 onwards for a period of 6 months. Hotel will still open for room reservations and will be not closed during the renovation period. Any inconvenienced caused is much regretted.
