Located on the Baltic Sea coast, Tako Baras is a quiet and very affordable Klaipeda beach hotel, only 5 minutes' walk from the Baltic Sea's sandy shores. Klaipeda City Center is a 2.5 mile/4 km drive from the hotel, although there are excellent public transport links into the center from the hotel. Palanga Airport is 15 miles/24 km away and the international ferry terminal is only 12 miles/19 km away. Built in 2005, Hotel Tako Baras is a modern 2-story building that offers visitors to Klaipeda well-priced and comfortable accommodation with a good selection of modern amenities. Even though the hotel is very small in size, you can still find a swimming pool and a sauna here which you will be able to have pretty much all to yourselves. Refreshments are available from the hotel's cafe and you can also check your emails thanks to the free wireless Internet access. Another handy feature is the free on-site parking and bike rental.
