Suites Avenue, inaugurated in spring of 2009, is a new option for accommodations in Barcelona, directly opposite Gaud's La Pedrera. These luxury tourist apartments are ideal for medium- to long-term stays and designed especially for family holidays and business trips. Located in the Eixample neighbourhood right on Barcelona's Passeig de Grcia occupies a recently built avant-garde building with a spectacular stainless steel faade designed by Japanese architect Toyo Ito. It is a building that draws the attention of Barcelona residents and tourists alike, and it has become an architectural icon. The tourists apartments at Suites Avenue are from 45 to 86 m2 and they are all the electrical appliances, furniture and utensils you may have in your own home. Everything has been prepared for you to feel at home! The apartments are distributed into a bedroom-suite, an additional bedroom in the 2-bedroom apartments, sitting-dining room, fully equipped kitchen and full bath. For family stays, the two-bedroom apartments will accommodate up to four people. If you are here on business, you can use the independent sitting area as an office or as a space to receive visitors. Half of the apartments have an exterior terrace and views looking out over Passeig de Grcia, and the other half have views over an indoor patio typical of Barcelona's Eixample neighbourhood: quiet, spacious and bright.
