On 15 june 2009, Stayokay opened a new hostel in the centre of Rotterdam in the striking Cube Houses. These peculiar homes built on pylons were designed by the Dutch architect Piet Blom in 1984. The houses are located close to the Oude Haven, a historic area of the city bristling with bars, restaurants and cafes. Rotterdam is a city full of world-famous modern architecture, museums, trendy restaurants and speciality shops. The sky feels different here, the tempo faster and skyscrapers tower above you. Almost everything this port town has to offer is just a stone’s throw away from the hostel, e.g. the Kunsthal, Museum Boymans Van Beuningen, Rotterdam Zoo and the Netherlands Architecture Institute. Cross the Erasmus Bridge and enjoy the view of Rotterdam’s amazing skyline. Rotterdam is a city that you can never get enough of! Attention! When you book a double/twin room, the possibility exists that you will be staying in a 4 to 6 bed dorm. The remaining (bunk) beds will not be available for other guests. On arrival you will receive bed linen which you can use to make up your bed. Towels are for sale at reception as they aren't included. If you are interested in a made bed, you can contact the hostel for the possibilities. Stayokay offers free Wi-Fi. Business hours of reception: Every day: from 00:00 to 00:00 .
