In a wooded area at the edge of the North Holland Dune Reserve lies a beautiful hostel: Stayokay Bakkum. Crossing the dunes takes you straight to the beach and the surf! At Stayokay Bakkum, it’s just like the old days. There’s a big outdoor cafe in front of the hostel, where you can sit down and relax or you can play a variety of sports and games on the lawn. The big hall with its open fireplace offers the perfect setting and ambiance for a dinner banquet, meeting, party or other group event. Another nice feature: nearly all the rooms have private bathroom facilities. Attention! When you book a double/twin room, the possibility exists that you will be staying in a 4 to 6 bed dorm. The remaining (bunk) beds will not be available for other guests. On arrival you will receive bed linen which you can use to make up your bed. Towels are for sale at reception as they aren't included. If you are interested in a made bed, you can contact the hostel for the possibilities. Stayokay offers free Wi-Fi.
