There is a bus stop right outside the hotel. Each studio suite in the SpringHill Suites Anchorage Midtown provides a large work desk with multiple data ports, for the convenience of businesspeople. All rooms have a TV set, double rooms have two. The rooms also come with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and wet bar. An iron and ironing board is also provided. There is a pull-out sofa bed in all rooms. The SpringHill Suites Anchorage Midtown has 102 rooms spread over three floors.
