The South Beach Condominium is located on the beach of Treasure Island, which is known for their white sandy beaches, and is approximately 27 miles or 37 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 14 miles or 27 minutes from the Saint Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport. Local attractions include Busch Gardens, approximately 36 miles and St. Pete Beach, located three miles from the property. Orlando theme parks and attractions are 105 miles from Treasure Island. Hotel amenities include beach front with beach access, heated outdoor pool with sun loungers, two shuffleboard courts, one horse shoe pit, volleyball, hammock, free newspapers, small fitness center, trolley service, beach cabana rentals, and a barbeque area. Condos require two-night minimum stays, and feature laundry facilities inside each unit, living areas, televisions, private balconies, fully equipped kitchens with full size appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, and oven. Free wireless Internet access is available upon request during registration. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. The property's resort fee of $5.00 per day ($5.60 including tax recovery charge), that will be collected by the hotel at check in.
