The Solimar Hotel is conveniently located to many of Mallorca’s attractions. It is located twelve kilometers from Palma. The hotel is just twenty five meters to the beach. The hotel is located near many bars, restaurants and discos. Traveling to El Arenal and the Solimar Hotel is convenient with the airport just five minutes away. The Solimar Hotel was built in 1956 and completely remodeled in 2007. There are 103 rooms over six floors. Each room has a bathroom with a hair dryer and soap dispenser, satellite television, direct dial telephone, a safe and a balcony. This hotel offers 24 hour reception and has a lounge area complete with central heating and air conditioning. The Solimar Hotel has a bar and a television room, along with a restaurant that serves buffet style with smoking and non smoking sections. There is an Internet terminal available as well as a children’s playroom. There is a swimming pool on the premises and a garage for cars and bicycles. There is bicycle rental available at the hotel.
