It is a modern style hotel with friendly services. It is one of the good choices in Shinjuku area for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is ideally situated in the district for shopping, business, and entertainment. Standard rooms are small in size and simply decorated. All room are equipped with wash-toilet system, LCD TV, Refrigerator, Hair dryer, International direct-dial telephone and complimentary broadband internet connection. Bed width of standard single room is 97 cm, while that of standard twin room is 103 cm each. Semi-double rooms are very small in size with one bed of 122cm width but have same facilities as standard room. The bath room is all in good condition. The hotel is located very center of busines district Shinjuku with easy access to exciting entertainment, dining and shopping areas and is just next to the Shinjuku Station. It is an 6-minute walk from JR Shinjuku station where Narita Express stops, which provides directly access from Narita airport. There are 2 restaurants on the first floor serving Japanese meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are also a bar in the hotel. It is a modern white 9-storey building. The lobby is very small but clean, and the floor is marbled appearance decor. There is a small seating area.
