Location This historic hotel is situated in Glasgow City's most prestigious of residential areas, Pollockshields. It is just 5 minutes to the city centre and within easy reach of the world famous Burrell Collection Museum, Charles Rennie Mackintosh's School of Art, and Glasgow's art galleries. The hotel's location is convenient for enjoying Scotland's unique landscape, with Loch Lomond and the start of the Highlands just 40 minutes away. Edinburgh is 45 minutes from the hotel. Glasgow Internati Facilities This hotel is set in a magnificent, baronial, 19th Century building, crafted in rich red sandstone and set in beautifully landscaped gardens. The hotel has 14 en suite bedrooms and features a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service and a cloakroom. There is a lounge bar, a restaurant and conference facilities for up to 200 delegates. How to get there When heading westbound on the M8 motorway, take junction 23 (Dumbreck) and turn left onto Dumbreck Road. At the 1st set of traffic lights turn left onto Nithsdale Road; the hotel is on the right. From the eastbound M77 take junction 1 and turn left. Carry straight on through the traffic lights until turning right onto Nithsdale Road; the hotel is on the right.
